Volcano Demon

The game

Volcano Demon is a boss rush game with action adventure components and overhead/aerial point of view. In it, the player will need to fight against demons based on the most well-known creatures from folk tales and the mythology of the Canary Islands.

We will show a part of the Canarian culture to the player, combined/through the lenses of a dark fantasy narrative style.

Features

IMPACTFUL AND FRENETIC
Easy to learn but hard to master unieque main mechanic. Frenetic and challenging boss fights where the player dies in one hit. Focus and design intended for replayability.

DARK AND POLISHED ATMOSPHERE
Detailed low poly art with motion capture animations and explosive VFX.

CINEMATOGRAPHIC EXPERIENCE
Epic cinematics from a studio with experience. Cinematography embedded in the gameplay.

INTRIGUING HOSTILE WORLD
Relevance in environmental storytelling and the showing of a hostile ambiance through narrative, gameplay and art. Exploration in the canary island mythology.
